Massive changes in Swedish top teams
The two Swedish Counter Strike: Global Offensive giants fnatic and GODSENT has annouced that both teams swaped players and now Robin "flusha" Rönnquist, Freddy "KRIMZ" Johansson and Jesper "JW" Wecksell all together has come to GODSENT team and reunited with Markus "pronax" Wallsten and Andreas "znajder" Lindberg, while John "wenton" Eriksson, Simon "twist" Eliasson and Jonas "Lekr0" Olofsson has joined fnatic and will play with Olof "olofmeister" Kajbjer and Dennis "dennis" Edman.
Old team mates will play together once again under the GODSENT name
The move sees four players of the original fnatic roster that won the first ever Major in 2013 which was DreamHack Winter in Sweden, reunited under the GODSENT flag, as Jesper "JW" Wecksell and Robin "flusha" Rönnquist join up with Andreas "znajder" Lindberg and Markus "pronax" Wallsten once again. "znajder" was kicked from the team in the middle of 2014, when he and Jonatan "Devilwalk" Lundberg were replaced by Olof "olofmeister" Kajbjer and Freddy "KRIMZ" Johansson in the starting roster. In late 2015, "pronax" followed suit and created Ancient (and later on the GODSENT organization) with his former fnatic teammate.
The reunion on the other side is between "olofmeister" and "dennis" with their old teammate in LGB eSports Simon "twist" Eliason - all three players played together in 2013.
These changes have impact to a next Major tournament, which will be held in January of 2017. GODSENT now with a three players from last Majors ESL One Cologne'16 semi-finalists will have a spot in the next Major, while fnatic will have to fight for the place in the Minor qualification.
